All of our agents come with a basic CRM tool to manage and track agent activities. The CRM tool also offers additional marketing capabilities and features, each of which is available to easily deploy on an a la carte basis for a modest additional cost. Of course, there's no obligation to purchase the additional tools, capabilities and services, but they are there if you need them. Currently, the AI Agents are only designed to work with the provided AI Agents CRM, but we can easily integrate the agent platform with your existing CRM or other tools, for instance, if you wish to leverage and exchange data with other systems. Cost would depend on the number of integrations you want or need, the specific platforms, as well as the depth and complexity of your needs. Remember, however, you don't really need any integrations just to get started on your AI journey. So, keep it simple, and get going!

We can launch your Ai Agents account by the next business day. This would enable you to start building your own agents the very same day. If you want our team to build and launch agents for you, once you sign up, we will schedule a strategy session with you and your key stakeholders. Once we meet with you, we will then document the scope for each agent. Once we get your approval on each specific agent objectives, we ask for 3 to 4 business days to build one or two. If you want more than two, we ask for 4 to 6 days. If you want or need any custom integrations or any other unique specialized functions that may require more complex development and testing. So, in that case, we will provide an estimate, which may add to the final launch timing.
While one agent can handle multiple simultaneous conversations, there are a few reasons you may want to consider multiple agents with similar roles and functions. For instance...1) You may want to divide them into specific product or service specialties, so that you can direct calls and inquiries directly to the agent's direct dial phone number. 2) You could have one serve internal purposes, and then another that could serve external purposes. In this case, their responses would differ. 3) You may want to divide agent profiles to serve one type of customer or segment, so that you could have them speak directly to the nuances of each particular type of business. 4) If you handle numerous inquiries, if you need to be able to handle peak volume during events or promotions, or if you want to be able to dedicate one to focus on one particular marketing or social channel or topic, these are other reasons you may want additional agents that similar purposes. 5) Lastly, Since you/we can effectively create as many agents as you want, you can create different personality types, names, voices, etc, which adds to the perception that your business is extremely customer centric, and growing in size and capabilities.
It's not very difficult at all. It's really about providing a comprehensive description of who they are, what their purpose and goals are, and what you want them to do and how you want them to handle various interactions. That said, our team has experience with some of the nuances that you may want to accomplish with your agents. One option we offer is the ability to get your first three done for you for a one-time fee. From there, you may be able to clone an agent, and edit the instructions and documentation to create more or similar agents when you want to add more.
For most, the biggest advantage is that they don't have the time to take out of their busy day-to-day schedule to learn, experiment and tweak software tools that they haven't used before. As with any new technology, our team has extensive experience building, deploying, and refining tailored agent and assistant behaviors. We have over 100+ voice profiles, where you can select men, women, different ages, different ethnicities/ accents, conversation style, broad personality and speaking behaviors, and then you can script any number of details regarding their personality, how they interact, and everything they say and do. Add to that, a list of custom behavior and functionality options, plus using a photo of an agent that you think would be effective for your client base, and you can imagine how you could create an entire army of entirely unique agents. Similar to the range of people and personalities in this world, you can create just about any type of agent you can imagine.
Of course, we are not attorneys, nor are we acquainted with laws from country to country, states or provinces, and even locally. Additionally, certain industries have unique regulatory requirements or restrictions. So, please consult your attorney or an attorney that is familiar with current laws in your industry and in your region before deploying or having us deploy something on your behalf. However, generally speaking, there are laws regarding privacy, as well as regulations that apply to the various communications networks that must be addressed when leveraging these tools. A few big ones are that you must address how your AI Agents work and what they will be doing with data in your privacy policy. Of course, this will vary based on what you want them to do. Other laws and regulations that you will want to remain apprised of have to do with how you can legally use voice agents over telecom networks. For instance, in the United States, it is our understanding that it is currently illegal to make cold outbound calls with your voice agents. So, outbound calls must first be opted-in. So, if they call or ask for a call back, you will need to have them opt-in before agents can return their call. This is something that we can show you how to do. Again, the laws and regulations will remain a moving target due to the extreme growth and proliferation of the AI Agent industry. Please do not take our advice, whether anybody on our team offers it or not, we respectfully request that you get those answers from your attorneys. I hope you understand.
We have found that folks are more comfortable interacting with someone that they have seen, for instance, even in a picture on a website. In other words, as people interact with your agents, they will start to put a name with a face, just as if they are another person on your staff. Plus, a nice photo of a friendly person also helps to pay off the personality that is programmed into the agent and their interactions. While AI agents are not real human beings, a photo helps to give the agent more credibility. While you do not need to include a photo of "your agents", as with all humans, photos help to convey intrinsic personality traits, such as character, integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, intellect, attitude, friendliness, sense of humor, seriousness, etc. It can also be fun for your team to create the perfect associates that look, feel, and act like another person on the team.
